Be a part of placing a Global War On Terrorism (GWOT) memorial monument at Freedom Memorial Park. If you or your organization would like to be a part of the GWOT monument committee to raise funds and create the design, please contact Don Talbot or any member of the Freedom Memorial Park Steering Committee. Our goal is to raise: $25,000.00 for the project. All donations for Freedom Memorial Park and the new monument goes through the Cumberland Community Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3, non-profit organization. Contributions may be tax deductible.
